Our Valuation Services team has over 35 years of combined experience in valuing businesses. We have performed hundreds of valuations of privately held companies across diverse industries in all regions of the United States and internationally, and in all stages of enterprise development. Our Valuation Services team has been involved in a multitude of transactions and has played key roles in structuring equity plans, management buy-out programs, management transition arrangements, stock option plans and ESOPs. We work closely with international accounting firms and other auditors on valuation report reviews to ensure an effective review process.
Jeff Faust, who directs the ASL Valuation Services team, has lectured worldwide at seminars on business valuation theory and practice.
