About Pragna
Pragna Vadhavana, CPA, is a Tax Manager with over 8 years of public accounting experience in tax compliance, concentrating on closely held businesses, pass-through entities, real estate, and high-net-worth individuals. A strong accounting and tax background along with technical skills and strong attention to detail helps Pragna provide excellent tax compliance, planning and advisory services to clients.
Prior to joining ASL, Pragna worked with a mid-size public accounting firm in the San Francisco financial district for eight years and worked with a public accounting firm in India before moving to the United States.
Pragna holds a Master of Commerce in Accounting and Taxation from the University of Mumbai, India. She is also an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
In her free time, Pragna enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
