His areas of expertise include both pre- and post-liquidity planning, optimizing tax strategies related to Qualified Small Business Stock, and equity compensation. Most of his clients have significant wealth in equities and real estate which requires an understanding of the complexities of trusts, estates, and gift planning, closely held business structures, and multi-generational wealth planning strategies.

Outside the office, Collin enjoys spending time outdoors in the Sierra Nevada foothills, getting out on the water during the summer, traveling internationally, and following the stock market and economic news with an ever expanding passion for investing in the stock market, private equities, and real estate.
