Estate & Gift Valuation
We provide valuations for estate/gift and charitable contributions. As Qualified Appraisers, we produce Qualified Appraisal Reports in accordance with IRS valuation standards. We also assist with gift planning, helping get an estimate of value before creating the actual plan. This helps ensure there are no surprises after the plan is executed and valuation rolled forward.
Questions to Ask Yourself
We provide on-going valuations and consulting to help with your gifting strategy. Whether annually or at various times in the future, we can offer suggestions on how to help minimize costs but maximize effectiveness of your gifting strategy.

This can help maximize protection but minimize costs associated with this arrangement.
This is not a problem. We can value direct ownership interests or Trust interests. We will need to see the Trust document in this situation, but it does not prevent us from being able to properly value the Trust’s ownership interest.
If it’s a business, we can value it. We may need help valuing the underlying real estate by an outside real estate appraiser and we incorporate their results into our analysis. We can even find the real estate appraiser for you and even hire them on your behalf so there is no added complexity.
