About Jillian
Jillian Pace, CPA, MST, is a Senior Tax Manager and co-leader of ASL’s Real Estate Group. She has over nine years of experience in public accounting specializing in partnership taxation. She has extensive experience consulting her clients on a number of partnership tax matters including evaluating the tax and legal aspects of partnership agreements, determining partnership allocations, maintaining 704(b) and tax capital accounts, dealing with acquisitions and sale transactions, basis computations, etc. Jillian also has experience providing corporate tax compliance services to S and C corporations as well as experience assisting clients with their individual and state and local tax compliance needs.
Prior to joining ASL, Jillian worked for a top 6 public accounting firm, serving public and private clients in a variety of industries including financial services, private equity, real estate, and hospitality.
Jillian holds both a Bachelor of Science degree, Business Administration (Accounting concentration) and a Master of Science degree, Taxation, from The University of Miami. Go Canes!
In her free time, Jillian enjoys traveling, dancing, playing and listening to music, hiking, and anything on the water.
