About Randan
Randan Salyers, CPA, is a Tax Manager in ASL’s Real Estate Group. He has over seven years of experience providing tax and consulting services for partnerships, closely-held S corporations, and individuals. He has extensive experience consulting with clients on a number of partnership tax matters including like-kind exchanges, partnership allocations, purchase and sale of real estate, basis computations, etc.
Prior to joining ASL, Randan worked for two national accounting firms, where he also specialized in real estate partnerships and closely-held S corporations.
Randan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Morehead State University and a Master of Business Administration from Murray State University.
In his free time, Randan enjoys spending time with his wife and their two pets, hiking, traveling, and cooking.
