About Uyen
Uyen Sakamoto leads the Business Tax Compliance group at ASL bringing over 25 years of experience in accounting and operations management. With her extensive background in overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations, she leverages her hands-on accounting knowledge to provide valuable insights and solutions to clients. Uyen’s expertise covers key areas, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, certified payroll, project job costs, contract tracking, client billing, collections and cash flow projections. This diverse skill set allows her to offer a well-rounded understanding of accounting from their perspective. Uyen’s industry experience includes real estate, construction, professional services, and manufacturing.
Within the Business Tax Compliance group, Uyen oversees the preparation and filing of business compliance and information returns for ASL tax clients, including of Form 1099, payroll tax, business property tax, sales tax and year-end accounting support for tax returns.
Outside of work, Uyen loves spending quality time with her family and enjoys walking, hiking, and traveling.
